How does this BOY name sound to you?

Tren Everett Morris

What do you feel, think or get from this name ?

Do you like it? What kind of man do you think of, shy, smart, handsome, dorky etc.?

How does this BOY name sound to you?
I don't like the name Trent at all, but I love the name Everett. I automatically think of a football player when I hear the name. It does flow very well despite the fact that I don't like the first name. I think of a guy who is into sports, rugged looking, average looking, strong, and very masculine.
Reply:Tren I think is a cool, trendy name, maybe for a future football player, or successful lawyer - and intense, high-powered position. Everett (if you called him by his middle name) to me signifies success in architecture or landscape design. All together I would think he was a strong, well-rounded individual, smart (though not only academically but street smart) and ruggedly handsome. It's unique but somehow classic. I think it's a great pick!
Reply:Trent is a little abrupt for my taste. I do however love Everett. I would choose Everett Trenton Morris.

Trent Everett Morris: football coach ( high school ), divorced, still loves his ex-wife. Gets his 3 kids weekends. Eats frozen dinners from the microwave. Watches T.V. until he falls asleep.

Everett Trent Morris: Forest Ranger. Married to his high school sweetheart. 4 children. Loves camping and backyard BBQ's. Coaches Little League. Very handsome!
Reply:Trent is terrible, I have a guy named Trent at my school. And he's a football player and he thinks he can do whatever he wants and he's constantly pushing people out of his way, flirting with the girls, and sassing the teachers.

Now Everett isn't bad, I've never met anyone with that name. It sounds unique.

I'd go with Everett as the first name.
Reply:Trent Everett Morris...

I like it.

Everett is a favorite name of mine, and I love it as a middle name. Trent is cute, too.

You could also try Trenton Everett Morris.

But, good choice!

Good luck!
Reply:Sounds kinda cowboyish and country, but not in a bad way. I still prefer Trent though. I suppose someone relatively smart and introverted, but not bookish - more of a doer than a thinker.

Edit: Oh, nevermind! :)
Reply:I actually like it a lot.

Tren Logan Morris

Tren Zander Morris

Tren Garrett Morris

some suggestions to ponder with.
Reply:When I first read it I thought, it sounds like it needs a T at the end. Then I read your additional details.

It's nice. It sounds southern like someone from the country. Very outdoorsy.
Reply:I've got a cousin named Trent, and he's really strong and outsoorsie so anytime I hear the nat I think me Trent thats what I think of.
Reply:Tren...I would think Asian. Personality...I don't associate names with personalities.
Reply:It flows really well. Makes me think of a laid back guy. Help me with mine PLEASE

How do you correctly pronounce in English the hindi boy name 'Raj'?

How is the hindi name Raj pronounced? In particular, how do you pronounce the final 'j'?

How do you correctly pronounce in English the hindi boy name 'Raj'?
Raj can also be a Sikh name i.e. short for Rajinder, Rajit, Rajesh (boy name) etc. Sikh ans Hindu names are sometimes interchangeable, as both religions tend to marry into one another and are both similar religions with a deep connection dating back centuries.

It is pronounced like the normal 'J'. like James. The North Americans tend to pronounce it like the french do i.e. Jaques or j'adore. The former is correct.

Raj is usually short for something else.

EDIT: Raj can be for male and female!!! Whole name ponounced R-A-J. like badge.
Reply:People from the south of England will have a tendency to soften the vowel sound of the "a" to an "ahh" whereas people from the north of England generally use shorter harder vowel sounds.

I'd pronunce the "j" in Raj as in Jump .

In any event it is not a native English name so should not the correct way of saying it be as in it's originating country/region?
Reply:Rarge. The 'aj' in Raj sounds exactly like 'arge' as in 'large' . 'Aj' in Hindi therefore always sounds harder than in English.

So also is Taj (Targe) Mahal (Mar-hull), one of the seven wonders of the world.
Reply:rar-ge (as in the end of barge) phonetically speaking
Reply:Sabu

How do you correctly pronounce in English the hindi boy name 'Raj'?

How is the hindi name Raj pronounced? In particular, how do you pronounce the final 'j'?

How do you correctly pronounce in English the hindi boy name 'Raj'?
In Camp Lazlo the Indian elephant's name is Raj, and they pronounce it like it looks, ryhming with collage or garage.
Reply:Like the "zs" in Zsa Zsa Gabor.

It's softer than the "g" in Roger.
Reply:why are you asking this so much?

i would say it like rajsh. it's really hard to explain, it's like a letter that doesn't exist in the english language.
Reply:Like it's spelt - rhymes with Taj, Madge, Badge....
Reply:Say Roger and then take off the "er". So it is Rog, or Raj.
Reply:simple its RAJ,!!!!!!
Reply:I BELIEVE IT'S PRONOUNCED RA SHUH. THE WORD MEANS THE RULE. AS RAJAH MEANS RULER THIS MEANS RULE.
Reply:R is R

'a' is actually pronounced as 'aa' as when you would say 'ra' in round.

j is pronounced as in jug.

So it is pronounced as Raaj.
Reply:R a ( is pronounced as in undo) and j (like sh)
Reply:its hard to explian but try saying dge you get that buzzing sound the j makes thhat sound but more like the buzzing soung then you come out oif it in a "a" so it king of sounds like raja but the last a is very faint

ginger lily
