My sister is pregnant with twin boys. She likes the name Shay, Royal, and Nathaniel. But her husband isn't so happy about the name Royal.
His name is Jamal.
Any name suggestions?
Boy names that go well with the last name Fields?
Royal is bad! Shay seems like a name for a girl in my opinion. Nathaniel is okay, but it isn't great. It doesn't flow well with Fields either. Not a fan of her husband's name either. But it is okay.
How about the names Joseph, Jesse, Jack, Jonathan. But I do recommend naming only one son with a name beginning with J. Other names I'd suggest are: Owen, Oliver, Timothy, Ethan, Kevin, Brett, Connor, Adam, Daniel, George, Ian, Liam, Nicholas, Matthew, Peter, Pierce, Richard, Stephen, Zachary.
I think that Jesse Fields and Evan Fields sound great together.
Reply:Shay sounds like... well it doesn't sound like a name.
Royal is stupid. Actually, any name that is also an adjective is bad. Like I was thinking Roman is a nice name but it's like... a sentence fragment lol. Royal Fields sounds like the lawn outside Buckingham Palace or something.
I like Nathaniel. Since the last name is one syllable, how about a 2 or 3 syllable first name?
Nathaniel
Marcus
Jordan
Matthew
Cameron
Reply:Shay sounds like a girls name to me. I'm not fond of Royal either. Nathaniel is very nice. What type of names do they like? Traditional, American, unique? Need a little more information. Boy names I like are:

Caleb
Jacob
Gage

Austin Fields?
Nathanel Fields?
Reply:Yeah, Royal makes it sound like a tobacco brand name or something. The other names are very nice, though Shay Fields makes me think of Shea Stadium.
Reply:W. C. (wikipedia if you don't know who that is - most people younger than I won't).
I've always liked the name Nathaniel.
Reply:If one doesn't like the name, then the name should be out. I think Nathaniel is a very nice and strong name.
